The Ramblers Festival of Winter Walks takes place from 26th December until 4th January.

One of the longest running walking festivals which turns 20 this year, is organised by The Ramblers Association. It is free to everyone and you don't have to be a member to take part.

This is a great way to get out into the countryside and enjoy some fresh air and exercise after being indoors watching Christmas tv and stuffing ourselves full of turkey over the festive period.

There are 700 walks on offer ranging from 4 to 14miles which caters for all levels of walkers.
