Brasher

This comment from a happy brasher wearer (who was enquiring about replacement laces) popped into our inbox recently - she was keen to let us know how pleased she has been with her trusty Supalite's.

"Firstly I must say I am on my 3rd pair of Supalite GTX ladies walking boots and what a dream. I do have difficult feet and have had many operations and your boots are a dream so thank you very much. I have managed to convince four friends and they are also very happy."

If you have a favourite pair of brasher's let us know!

I love my Superlites!! They have taken me on my first walk up Snowdon and made a huge difference to my comfort and enjoyment. It meant I could concentrate on the view and my daughter rather than my feet. Thank you

Hi Carol, Thanks for your comments. It seems as though you had a great walk up Snowdon with your daughter and glad to hear your Supalite's added to the enjoyment!

I have had a pair of Superlite's for about 2 years and I loved them, but now they have split. Basically the leather has come away from the sole and there is about a 2 to 3 inch 'hole' which clearly lets water in now! I have given them quite a lot of 'stick' in the two years but I was surprised that they have actually come away.

It won't stop me getting another pair or recommending the boot, just slightly disappointing after a relatively short period of time.

Hi Andrea,

Glad to hear that you have enjoyed wearing your Supalite's over the last two years.

The problem you mention may be down to general wear and tear, however if you feel there is a manufacturing fault with your boots you can return them to our after sales department who will be happy to take a look at them .

Hi

Thanks for the offer. I might just do that after I have my new pair in my clutches, for the timebeing I'm using the Supalite's. I doubt if there is a manufacturing fault but it might be worthwhile your guys checking them out.

Hi Andrea,

As I said if you would like us to take a look then that's not a problem. Keep us posted.
