Philippe, brasher's product guru, made a short video of the Kanaga GTX test day at Causey Pike, so brasher thought it would be nice to share it with you.
It's only a minute long and really captures the day...enjoy.
I like the look of these new boots and as Im looking for some new ones these could be just what Im looking for. I live in Carlisle so Im close to the Lake Disrict and get out at least once a week on the fells. My currant boots are Scarpa ZG10s which have lasted well(5 years) and can be used with a flexible crampon. Ive just bought the crampons so obviously my next boots will have to be good enough to take these. The Scarpa SL looks good but I am so impressed with the look of your Kanaga GTX and the price that after 10 years of buying Scarpa boots I am looking at changing. In the last week, in deep snow Ive just done Striding Edge, Swirall Edge, then Swirral Edge and across the tops from Helvellyn to Raise and Greenside, in crampons all the way. The Kanaga is stiffer so should be ideal for me. Can`t wait.
